Consistent temperature control, typically around 12 to 14°C, and proper humidity levels of around 60 to 70% prevent spoilage and preserve the wine's flavour profile.

More than joinery, a controlled environment
Achieving stable cellar conditions inside a Queensland home takes more than shelving. These are the elements we design for on every project.
Insulation & vapour barriers
The unseen work that determines whether a cellar holds its conditions. We specify wall, ceiling and floor build-ups suited to your site, detailed to prevent condensation damage.
Climate control
Cellar conditioners are not air conditioners. We size and position specialist units for your room volume and heat load, with drainage and service access planned from the outset.
Glazing & sealing
Glass-walled cellars are among our most requested builds. Thermal glazing and compression door seals let you display your collection without compromising the environment behind the glass.
Racking & display
Timber, metal, cable or wall-mounted. Racking is designed around your bottle formats and how you actually use the collection, from everyday reach to long-term hold.
Lighting
Low-heat LED lighting, positioned to present bottles without warming them. Drivers and transformers are located outside the controlled envelope wherever possible.
Trade coordination
We coordinate with your builder, electrician, plumber and glazier so responsibilities are documented and nothing is assumed, on renovations and new builds alike.
